Alokozay’s range of refreshing beverages has been delighting customers around the world for years. Carefully crafted to suit every mood, our portfolio includes carbonated soft drinks, energy drinks, juices, malt beverages and bottled water.

Our extensive range is manufactured in our state-of-the-art plant, with rigorous testing performed on numerous international quality and compliance parameters. Equipped with cutting edge technology, the fully automated utilities, processing, filling and packaging lines use the latest machinery from Europe and the USA. Fitted with the innovative PET preform self-manufacturing system, the beverage facility comes with numerous accreditations - ISO 22000, EQM, HALAL, and US DoD.

Located in the Industrial Park at Pul-e-Charkhi Kabul, Afghanistan, Alokozay Beverage Production Facility has the capacity to produce 2.5 million litres of carbonated soft drinks and still water products every day, made possible by our highly qualified workforce of 600 specialists.

All the ingredients sourced undergo stringent checks to make sure that they adhere to our standards and specifications under our Quality Assurance and Quality Control protocols before they are released for commercial production. Packed in aluminium cans and also in PET bottles, Alokozay’s range of beverages is available in a variety of sizes and formats. The cans are available in 150 ml, 250 ml, 300 ml, 355 ml for carbonated soft drinks and energy drinks, and the PET bottles come in 1500 ml and 500 ml bottles.

The manufacturing of your much-loved Alokozay beverages takes place in two key stages: Processing and Filling & Packaging.

To support the high speed production lines, a host of utilities like steam boilers, air compressors, cooling towers and chilled water supply systems provide the much needed support for continuous operations.

Timely and accurate maintenance is also critical for the smooth operation of the production facility. With various maintenance procedures in place including preventive and condition-based maintenance systems, Alokozay imparts adequate training in mechanical, electrical and process engineering to our engineers to ensure that proper maintenance takes place at the right intervals.

With superior standards of manufacturing, hygiene and housekeeping practices, Alokozay Beverage Facility also has a state-of-the-art wastewater management plant to preserve a pollution free environment.
